We are seeking a customer focused individual to assist with Photo Booth techincal support and customer service.
Duties will include:
Taking 24/7 Support calls on a week on, week off basis outside of work hours (with provided Mobile and iPad) on and off site. Full Training on support is provided.
System Setups – Setting Up Systems ready for Dispatch (Installing software, getting hardware all together and configured)
Appointment bookings- Taking and Arranging Support Bookings and Upgrading software on there systems (by remote access) from pre arranged Support Times.
· IT Background
· Familiarity with Windows and Apple OS X
· Polite and calm nature
Salary: negotiable. Full Time, Mon – Fri 9am-5pm with out of hours phone calls on a weekly rotating basis.
