Greeted and looked after by Kelly. Pleasant experience when visiting the showroom. Lots of different photo booths and other products to see and play with. The showroom was great and we had a nice long appointment all to ourselves to try the different products before deciding which one to buy. Lovely staff with NO pushy sales techniques!

Changed my life

I bought a photo booth package from here after I lost my job through redundancy in November. I saw an advert on Facebook about starting your own business and thought it sounded good, I rang Photobooths to find out more and they were incredibly helpful on the phone. I decided to go for a showroom visit and I was blown away. I ordered the middle package because I was a bit strapped for money, picked up the photo booth and had amazing training. The guy training named Dave was really good. It's been nearly a year and the photo booth has changed my life. I work my own hours, and yet still pick up good money! In all honesty it was a life saver. I wouldn't fault a thing.

I purchased my first ever Photo Booth …

I purchased my first ever Photo Booth in July from and I am extremely pleased with the process from the beginning to end. After meeting with the Sales team- they talked me through all of the products for me to make the right decision which i definitely did! I've read other people's reviews and I can confirm i have had a completely different experience and the whole team there are fantastic. I personally would not trust anyone who would leave an anonymous review and I would recommend anyone looking to get into this industry to visit the Photo Booth team

Pleased with Photobooths

I purchased my first photo booth with after a friend in London recommended them to me and I am so glad they did! From the very start Photobooths have been incredibly friendly and really supportive. I went in for a showroom visit to have a look at the different options, and the lady in sales was really informative. She was keen for me to pick a booth right for me, not the most expensive one like other sales people would do.I only had to wait about 2 weeks before picking up the booth which I thought was quick. I was worried because I had little computer experience but the guy training was really patient with me during my training session and let me make my own notes along the way.Since then I admit it I struggled to begin with, but I took advantage of having 24/7 support included in my package which has been a life saver! I have rang as late as 2am and someone has always been on the phone to help. 18 months later I am fully confident in running the booth, but I like the comfort of having support just in case which I know is a luxury!My only criticism I have with Photobooths (which is just a very small thing) is that sometimes the postage on the online shop can be a little pricey with smaller items such as replacement cubes. I've been informed that this is something they are looking into though so fingers crossed!Overall I would recommend Photobooths as my friend did to me!

Late paper/ink order

I ordered paper and ink for next day delivery but it didn't come until 2 days later. Apparently it was because I ordered after 2pm but it would have been nice to have a phone call first so I could have made other arrangements.

In order to qualify for next day delivery we do always ask that your order is placed before midday if possible, unfortunately as there were no notes with your order we were unaware this was urgent. Magic Mirror

I purchased the Magic Mirror SE from Photobooths for my bar in Spain. Everything was really easy, Kelly & Marie in sales were great. The branded skins look great on it, although I partly have my designer to thank for that! The Mirror has been set up and working great, there were a few technical hiccups at first, partly my own making but these have been resolved. My guests love it and I love it too! I purchased my first booth from this …

I purchased my first booth from this company around 6 years ago and found them to very helpful and supportive. I have seen how the company has grown throughout the years and have purchased various other products over the past few years. The support team have always been very patient with me as i am not very tech savvy at all so when i have encountered any issues it does usually end up being my own user error. I have noticed people on other reviews saying that the the support team have not answered the phone or not got back to people but i can happily say that the team have always helped me even with the simplest of things.

Branded Selfie Pod

Overall a good experience

Event Memories Ltd bought two Photo Booths from Photobooths and have to say the experience has been good.A couple of glitches along the way but nothing to worry about, this was due in the main to the fact that I started communicating with them whilst they were in the process of moving premises to Halesowen and as with all business moves there are the occasional moments of 'what happened there ?' I know this from my past experience !The sales experience was friendly and informative. Pricing was keen, information has been passed back and forth easily ever since.Training was admittedly seemingly slightly rushed due to pressures on time but this could have also been due to me asking plenty of questions and delaying things, however follow-up support and questions raised have been dealt with and answered quickly and efficiently. I am fortunate that I am close enough to be able to pop in which is obviously beneficial for me.Design of Booth skins was great with good communication and my Booths are as I wished.Overall a good experience and looking to go forward with Photobooths in the future.

Support didn't answer

I tried ringing the support extension at the weekend when I was struggling with my photo booth template but nobody answered or got back to me until Monday.

Hi Holly, in order to reach support at weekends there is a dedicated 24/7 mobile phone number which is to be used instead of the direct landline. We have checked our phone records and it appears you left a voicemail on our office landline. Unfortunately this would not have been looked at until Monday. Our emergency mobile number can be found in your documentation, on our website, and on our support page. Alternatively our support email address is constantly monitored so please reach out to them that way too. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you Holly.
