Based in Hamburg, Picabox is operated by Phil Steinfatt and business partner who did the deal for the German photo booth distributor franchise after visiting our showroom in March.
Having taken delivery of their first two photo booths for sale and hire, they are now open to accept orders for both the purchase and hire of booths from individuals and companies across Germany.

Having had discussions with Phil and his business partner it became obvious the scope for the growth of photo booths for sale and hire in Germany is considerable with the market very much in its infancy across the region.
And with a population of close to 82 million they are extremely well positioned to make a real impact in both the sales of booths to other operators as well as rapidly grow the demand for photo booth hire across the whole of Germany.
The photo booths for sale through Picabox include the Oval Booth, Bullet Photo Booth, Square Booth and Model 12 photo booth as well as any custom builds required by customers. All the booths will initially be made at our central manufacturing location in the UK and shipped direct to Germany.
Our PB Pro Photo Booth software has also been fully translated for use in the German market and can include both green screen technology as we well as direct uploads to Facebook the instant the photos are taken.

After spending 4 years in Leicester studying physics where my final dissertation project was heavily programming based I was keen to begin a career in software development. Working on Photobooths seemed like a fun and interesting place to start.
From College went into the family run business – Advertising Agency. Eventually took over the reins of the company and moved it into a more technical direction. After retirements changed the dynamic of the company we changed direction to a Direct Mailing Company specialising in digital and mailing’s for Electricity companies (MEB, British Gas, nPower). After a profitable run I felt a change was needed and so started a Programming and Consultancy Business. This eventually led me to the world of PhotoBooths and beyond.
